Haranahalli Ramaswamy Institute of Higher Education (HRIHE)

Established in 2007 and affiliated with the University of Mysore, HRIHE is a recognized management institution in Hassan offering BBA and MBA programs. Lijoys Solutions conducted a Student Transformation Program — Training in BFSI and Soft Skills here, in association with ICT Academy and under the CSR initiative of Finastra, running from January to February 2025. Don Bosco Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Hassan

The institute focuses on "Skill Development with a Human Touch", offering formal ITI trades such as Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, and Motor Mechanic. KLE Society's BBA College, Ranebennur

Operating under the KLE Society and now affiliated with Haveri University, this college offers a three-year full-time BBA program in Ranebennur. The institute emphasizes soft-skills training and personality development for its students. Mrs. Rita Marshall conducted a campus session here, training BBA students on professional readiness, corporate communication, and interview preparedness. Community Outreach

Siddi Community Development Program

Uttara Kannada Region, Karnataka

The Siddi community is a unique Afro-Indian ethnic group, a Scheduled Tribe in Karnataka, primarily settled in the Western Ghats region across Uttara Kannada, Belagavi, and Dharwad districts. Under the Siddi Community Holistic Development Plan 2023–24, organized in collaboration with St. Joseph's University, Bengaluru, and the Loyola Development Centre, Mundgod, Mrs. Rita Marshall conducted sessions on Basic First Aid Techniques and Responsible Parenting for community members. The program included primary first aid training (CPR, wound care, choking aid), interactive group activities, and parent engagement workshops in village community halls.

Ethno Cultural Camp

Western Ghats Region, Karnataka

As part of indigenous community empowerment and cultural preservation initiatives, the Ethno Cultural Camp engaged youth and field participants in the living traditions of the Siddi community in the Western Ghats. Activities encompassed tribal heritage art and traditional body adornment, aerial environmental surveys, forest trail walks, communal hearth dining, and documentary field storytelling — fostering cultural exchange, dignity, and holistic community connection.
